In an effort to provide all our patients with prompt and high quality service, we have instituted the following policy regarding walk-in service:
We strongly encourage you to call for an appointment if you have a hearing aid problem.
We will schedule an appointment as soon as possible. Sometimes, an appointment will become available on the same day if another patient cancels. If neither audiologist has time to meet with you, we can prepare a loaner hearing aid for you to use while your hearing aid(s) are here for service, and we will ask you to drop off your hearing aid(s).
If you come into the office without an appointment, we will ask you to leave your hearing aid(s) with us.
Depending on the appointment schedule that day, an audiologist might or might not be able to prepare a loaner hearing aid for you to use while your instrument is in our office.
One of our audiologists will check your hearing aid(s) and we will contact you with our findings within 48 hours.
