Doctor of Audiology
Dr. Garcia earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Communication Disorders and a Master of Science Degree in Audiology from the University of Rhode Island. Her Doctorate in Audiology (Au.D.) was awarded by A.T. Still University at the Arizona School of Health Sciences. Dr. Garcia completed her Clinical Fellowship Year in Audiology at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. She worked as a Staff Audiologist at private practices in Rochester, New York and South Weymouth, Massachusetts, before joining the staff at Hampden Hearing Center in 2003. Dr. Garcia is a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and the Academy of Doctors of Audiology. She is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the Massachusetts Speech-Language-Hearing Association, and she is licensed as an Audiologist by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
